I just wanted to let you know that our stay was wonderful at the Black Bear Chalet cabin.  It was beautiful and everything imaginable was available to us there.  It was like we were in our own home.

It was well furnished, and we loved watching the deer from the balcony. There was a momma doe and two spotted fawns that we saw each day. It was so neat!

Mark and Janice - Just wanted to let you all know our stay at the Scenic View Chalet was great.  Saw approx. 15 new birds, tons of deer, turkeys and a fox.  The view is stupendous.  Can't describe it and the pictures on the internet (even though they are great) don't do it justice.  The house is beautiful.  Anyway, we had a great time and look forward to using premiere ruidoso cabins again in the future. Thanks,  Karen Tomme

   Just a very insufficiently quick note to at least begin to express our family's appreciation for the wonderful accomodations you helped us have for our wonderful winter vacation to Ruidoso.  I hope we left their beautiful home in good care.  We wanted to to wash the towels and such but just didn't get to the store for detergent.  Wow! Just a note to say "thank you" for your help in finding a large place for our "cousin's reunion" in Ruidoso.  The cabin was in great condition, very clean and fully stocked with kitchen, bath and laundry needs.  The deck was great for cookouts.  And, most of all, the kids and adults loved being on the deck and watching the deer come down by the river to feed in a setting none of us had ever seen before.  Wonderful vacation at Jack's River Retreat.

Oh my gosh, we had the most wonderful vacation in Ruidoso and absolutely loved the River's Bend Cabin.  It was just perfect for the four of us. 
I really didn't know what to expect and was more than pleasantly surprised when I first walked in.  It is decorated so cute and the
space is used very wisely.  We can never thank you enough for a great vacation home.  We will definitely be
back, probably Spring Break of next year for sure if not sooner.

We had a wonderful stay last week at the Deer Canyon Lodge.The city of Ruidoso and the surrounding area made for a great getaway for a group of Texans looking for relief from the heat.Great scenery,lovely shops,and plenty of wildlife (no bears,maybe next time.The cabin was perfect for our rather large group as well.Thanks for the break from reality,now it's back to the old grind!

We stayed at the Rivers Edge Retreat, the place was very nice and lots of space to move around. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay.
The deer came to the residence every morning. The River is behind the cabins. Lots of space on the deck. I would recommend this cabin. Thanks to the nice lady at Premiere cabins for making our reservation very easy with out any complications.

We stayed at the Sam's Log cabin April 25 - 28, 2010. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The cabin was very clean and very well stocked. We loved the fireplace and the Hot Tub. It was very nice relaxing in the woods. We saw deer on our front lawn and our two year old loved playing in the backyard. Our teenagers even had fun... hiking around the mountain. We can't wait to come back, and "rough it" again. (Lounging on the leather couches, enjoying a new DVD or surfing the internet with the free WiFi. in front of the fireplace.)

The cabin - JRs Hideaway is JUST what I imagined! I definitely want to come back and enjoy some summer activities and would select this same cabin. We have found it has been conveniently located to the things we have enjoyed doing this far: Winter Park tubing (night), Ski Apache (gondola- thank goodness we went the first day before it got windy), shopping downtown Ruidoso, and eating out and preparing a few meals after shopping at Lawrence's.  We have found everything we needed inside and have done one load of laundry. We haven't had any problems with the septic (we put our paper waste in trash can- just like at home). We found the treated wood at Lawrence's for the fireplace. 

A few things to let you know, we didn't see a grill cover as indicated on the paperwork. It was very windy on our second day here, so (as it sometimes happens to us at home) we searched around the property in case a cover had been blown off, but did not see one. Also, we have not used the grill because the ignition button appeared to be absent? I imagine you could turn the burners on and use a "flicker" lighter, but since we don't own the grill or the property; we are going to err on the side of caution and just continue to cook indoors (it is cold, windy, and snowy anyways). We haven't used and don't know if we will use the hot tub; probably not.
We haven't been successful in connecting to the wifi, but we have connected to Internet thru 3G on cell phones well enough to communicate when necessary- to outside world, so we didn't worry about it. I just thought I would let you know we were not able to connect, in case it was a big deal to your next client. We have enjoyed "getting away" from "being connected" and have focused on the scenery, holiday, and activities the area has to offer.

I will be sure to write a positive review upon leaving when I get back home. Hope you and your family are having a happy holiday season.
